CRUST:
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup Quaker oats
3/4 cup flour
Filling:
2 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 (16 oz) can of pumpkin
1/2 cup Karo syrup
2 teaspoons cinnamon
For Crust: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat margarine and sugar. Add oats and flour, mix well. Spread on bottom of greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly. Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer. Add eggs, one at a time. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake 45-50 minutes or until center is set. Makes 20 large or 36 small bars.
